New, none 20mm ones are around $100.00.

I have a 20mm front wheel and a QR wheel (i'd convert to axle/nuts).

I think it's a Black Market Tech 9. Offered in 2 a2c lengths. Pretty sure that is the longer one, as I don't think you can run a 26 on the short one.

Tech 9 doesn't come w/ brake mounts though.....
