WIFE had dinner at the Lowell Beer Work's last night and picked me up a growler of their IPA. I can't wait to crack into that tonight!

Got a keg of my pop's "Kate's Hefe-Wit" beer in the back of my car

Yay to beer with great aroma, color, head retention, and that's a hybrid Belgian style Hefeweizen/Wit Beet with a hint of sour ale to boot....

I like them as long as they are balanced. there should be heavy malty notes at the front of the palates that lead to the hoppiness. all hops is no good unbalanced.
