Copy them into a text document and save it on your hard drive.

You only get your limited PM space, when that fills up, you need to start deleting...

OK thanks...I figured that was the way...just wondered if there was an easier way to do them all at one time. Might be a nice feature to offer. While we're on it...can't we get a button that can go back and forth from one PM to the other?

There is a button at the top which you can click to select all your messages on a page.

Adding a simple feature might require a few weeks of coding and testing, unless you are unfamiliar with the whole process, which then would add more time.

Why not select all of them and then do a "save as XML", "save as XLS" or "save as HTML"?

What I really meant was to download as text, csv or xml.

It took me 2 years to wonder how to do this. I asked RM. I didn't notice those download links for 2 years...
