Now that I have dropped almost 70 pounds and am well under the maximum rider weight limit I have started riding my Colnago Masterlight X again

I took it with me to a EMT Stand by gig this weekend

Show ended mid after noon on Saturday so I took a nice hard climb up to Fremont Peak State Park. Its an 11 mile climb in 90* heat...yeah I know I am 60 but you only live once. I had forgotten how much fun it is to fly back down a canyon road after suffering the climb up

The christian thing to do is kill someone for being in the wrong place.

Good job on your goals!

I remember THAT bike! Hey Pal, how are you? Looking fit! Fremont's used to be in my back yard. That uphill roundhouse wall about 300 yards before the 2 guardrail walls is just brutal (especially in 90 degree heat). Glad to see you breaking out the Colnago. I'm giving serious thought to fixing back up my c40 and selling it to buy a gravel bike. BTW finally got a chance to explore some of the Open Preserve mtb trails above Palo Alto. Some fun stuff in there!
