7 feet of fluff has consolidated into 1.5 feet of solid ice.
Hopefully it will be rideable in time to practice for the race in May

.solid in most places that is.... in the few spots it's not your front tire sinks in and you fly off the bike.
skye did some shovel work and a few things are rideable last I heard.
I believe that was many feet and a lifetime ago.

There is the Brain Damage which is kind of overgrown now. On the eastern end of Beacon there is the Good Times.
Hopefully no more snow before the blowout!
LOL, 4" overnight on the northside...
We should be good by the blowout though, 70 degrees on friday.
On a side note, the Zipper is so prime right now. And big shout out to whoever buffed the wall ride. Nicely done!

Thanks for the shout out on the wall ride. I built it and maintained but moved to the coast last year. I heard it needed some tlc so I came back for some riding and maintenance. I'll be back to ride but the maintenance is all on your shoulders now. The torch has been passed. Beacon will always be home. Ride on Spocompton!!
ah the zipper! that was a fun trail i need to hit it up again soon! hopefully this fall i'll be back in spokompton for some riding fun!
