frame and rear triangle are at the powder coaters so I need to replace bearings on my Sunday. What are you using to press in bearings that won't screw up the paint. I made a ghetto press with a bolt, nut and some small metal plates. But there has to be a better, less damaging way.

Bring it to your shop and let them press it with the correct tool. It would be a shame to mess up your bearings and/or new paint job with the ghetto press.
Spend a few bucks and let them do it.
