simple question.
my friend rode mine and my friends 20" and wants one of his own.
his budget is 400 give or take, 5'8" is his height and he'll be riding mostly street....

whats the best complete for the $ out there?

kink actually has 4 bikes at or below $400. And another at $420 that is nice too.

FWIW i bought an apex complete (their top end model, but an 08) and have been nothing but pleased with it.

yea, apex is what i have.

i think fit's 09's are not even out yet.

so, how about kink transition or verde prism?
