Can anyone give me some opinions on this model. I am just starting road biking. Is this a good introductory bike? Thanks.

That looks pretty sweet. Personaly the only thing I'd change on that is to get a double instead of the triple. But you might want a really low climbing gear, depends on your preference. Most "racers" would deem a triple to be beneath them, something for tourists. Me I just stand up a lot and I find 39X23 low enough for all but the most brutaly steep climbs. But if I rode those few steeps regularly, I could change cassette to 25 or 27 low.
