Still have not gotten in touch with the bike fit guy I want to use but my new riding buddy confirmed what I have felt myself lately. I have been riding more and more in the drop and feeling much more comfortable in the drop and uncomfortable when holding the top of the bars. So when my mate told me it look like I rode very upright when holding on the top part of the handle bar it made sense. I felt like I had a very straight and inflexible back and this made road bums pound the lower part of by back. I also felt like my seat was a little bit too low.
So move the stem even more down so now there is only the tapered spacer left and moved the seat up a little. Felt fetter especially when I put the the power I felt much better.
