Is it just me or am I the only one who wishes there were more BMX's with a longer seat tube. i.e. higher stand over height.
I think Sunday make the tallest as do Verde.
Everyone else seems to be going lower and lower and I don't like it!:)

I like the look of the Sunday 3rd wave frame....

i don't know. i can appreciate it both ways. a 'cruising' cruzer with a taller seat tube, higher top tube....

. . . or a good low top tube frame to get everything out of the way for style and tricks.

One cool thing I noticed about my Faction is that I don't have to have the seat super slammed for it to feel out of the way, or if I put it up to cruise around on it doesn't look super goofy. I think the low slung trend looks clean, but yeah, it's getting into scooter teritory.

Personally, I don't care what other people ride or how they set their bikes up.

There are plenty of frames available that don't have low slung TT's.

If I can ever manage to find the time to get a BMX frame built for myself I'm building one proper tall for myself. Slack headangle too. I want to use it to shred dirt parking lots and hit big curbcut gaps.

If that's the case, make sure the top tube is less then 20 inches.....

just do what i did. build your own bike. i made mine for racing, trails, and street. the cranks are about an inch higher off the ground than a normal bike. i did that so i can pedal in the turns for racing. the top tube is 21.5, but the cranks are where they would be for a 20.5 bike. if that makes since.

oh yeah. its made from .125 wall ALUMINUM tubeing, and i've had it for almost 4 years.

I looked up the United KL40 frame - now this shows promise:
TT up to 21.3"
BB 11.8
CS 14"
Standover approx 9"
And all very reasonable at approx £225
Me likey :)
