Hello,
I'm trying to make my own airspring for boxxer 2010 race. Does the stanctions differ one form another from race/team and world cup? Can anyone tell me what are the inside diameters of stanctions. Have you heard any thing about special treatment of inner side od world cup stanction to specially fit the solo air seal?

short answer. you need new stanchions. They are the same nut if you have used a spring before the spring will have made micro scratches on the inside that will not allow the air cart to seal.

ok, thing is I need dimentions to make all o rings and groves good size, from my personal experiance even if you rode with coil spring it doesn't affect stanctions because of the spring itself is covered in some sort of rubber and 3 thermo rubber bands. I made one prototype of airspring for my boxxer, working fine but still needs some upgrades due to high friction and loss of vividity. No air leaking problems
