My brake cable either got stretched out or something, all I know is that it's hanging by my knees when I ride and makes it difficult to ride... How might I rehang it properly...

I coulndn't figurre out where to hang it , I took it to Dicks sporting goods, hopefully they can fix it up...

This often happens when a bikes rims are damaged. Take it to a reputable bike shop and tell them that you desperately need a rim job.
