I don't have the bike (yet) but I might consider buying it for next summer. The thing is I'd need a stronger bike to do stuff I'm afraid to do with my FSR-XC. I probably won't have the $$ for a complete brand new FR bike but I could have a plan to cut down the price.
Here it is: I have a brand new X-Vert Super on my FSR-XC but I still have an older SX-R. So I could rebuild my FSR with the SX-R to be more XC oriented and buy a MinuteMan w/o a fork and put the X-Vert on it.
Would it work well in a 26/26 configuration or does the MM need a longer fork to keep a good geometry? Would the HA be too steep with a 4" fork? If it is, would it be OK with a 26/24 configuration?
Thanks!
If you own a MM (KonaDude, etc), I'd like to hear about the tires/fork combination you have.
Oh Yeah! Selling the FSR is not a valid option!
