Went for a new years day shuttle with Stan, Tino, Colin and other guy (sorry cant remember crap) this morning. It was freekin great. The gate was open to the top. The sky was so clear you could see forever. Wet but not tooo wet. Only went down three times Only minor issues with my knee. Great way to start a new year off.

I was getting beat on the snow hill of alpental. Awesome on top, but what a work out at the bottom. My back got tweaked into shape from sliding out on a power carve and I banged my sore knee again. But it was well worth it for a handful of pow turns that make you completly blind. Visibility sucked, but once you were in the trees there were so many insane stashes!!

I didnt miss bikes, untill the ride home when you pass all the exits.....
