Ugh... Having some issues here. As you can see my other thread about chainring noise, I bought a new one and it fit in there perfect, and eliminated the noise.
So I went out for an actual ride today and went over a speed bump and the chain somehow gets stuck between the chain ring and the bash guard, then gets caught on the guide and twists the whole deal so I can't pedal.
Are these parts incompatible or something? What is going wrong here....
This is the chainring I bought: http://pricepoint.resultspage.com/search?p=R&srid=S1-4&lbc=pricepoint&w=dangerboy&url=http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/14643-080_DANCR6-3-Parts-52-Chainrings/Bashguards/Dangerboy-4-Bolt-Chainring.htm&rk=1&uid=115207175&sid=2&ts=custom&rsc=YW8zC--nEO-PhDF6&method=and&isort=score&view=list
I have TruVativ Holzfeller cranks and Gamut G25. I've never had this problem before.
Here is a comparison picture showing the new and old chain rings. It looks as though the new one is slightly offset for some reason...
Please help
