its not really a question of what size to get its more a question of whether i wil be able to comfortably ride a small. thanks for the response though.
from my experience a demo is usually sized one size small so it may be a super tight cockpit, i would go for med. I think she would be bashing the hell out of her knees with a small

I'm 5'10", also rode a small Izimu last season (too short WB at 1143mm) and would like to try a small 08 D7 (1160mm). I can also get a medium, but I'm not sure about the 1185mm WB.
Kidwoo, you must be pretty fast to accomodate the medium frame unter your height. How about other 07/08 Demo7/8 riders, any 'sizing' experience since last months?
I am 5'6" short legs and now will ride a small 09 Demo 7. I had an 07 small Demo 7 as well. At 5'7"-to just under 6'' I would recommend a medium for DH for the slightly longer TT.
I chose the Demo 7 for the 1.5" HT to switch between a Totem and a Boxxer depending on whether I am hitting the DH park or racing. Easy swap over when using an Orbit extreme PRO HS with $25 in extra parts from FSA. Fork swap over only takes minutes to do.
11 riders on our team are running Demo's this year. All in height ranges of 5'7" to just under 6' are running medium Demo 7's or Demo 8's. 6' + riders are on larges.
My 09 D7 has been built for a while now and has a Boxxer WC setup now if you want to see pic of a D7 with a dual crown I can post one up or send to you.
I'm 6' tall on a Large. Rode my buddy's medium and it felt like I was on a little kid's bike. I'm all arms and legs so the Large was the only way to go.
I'm just under 6 feet and ride a medium demo 7 (2008). I am going to be putting an 09 40 on it but i'm hoping I won't be smackin my knees off the stantions.
Im around 5 9 on a small Demo 8. I wouldnt want anything longer. I prefer smaller bikes though, if your question is if it is going to be TOO small, then IMO the answer is no.
