If you use Firefox you can use an add-on called DownloadHelper. It allows you to download any multimedia file currently being played on your browser.im sure there are other ways of doing it, but since i have Realplayer, everytime you roll your mouse over a video, it will prompt you to download it to your hard drive.

thanks, thats been covered alreadyIf you're using Firefox download the RealPlayer Browser add-on...the same applies to Explorer...fire up the video and move your cursor over the top right corner of the video and a pop-up menu shows, click it and download the video..might be in .flv or .mp4
