Disc adapters????

There is an adapter available from Shimano I believe for that purpose, but I think it only works on bikes like the Trek VRX and certain DH bikes where the 22mm mount is NOT on the chainstay. On the G spot, the mount in on the chainstay, so anything bigger than just a caliper will not fit.

There might be another possibility, but I can't think of it right now.

Hi,

I 'think' Hayes makes one...give em a call, not sure though. I'm thinking that Hayes makes all adapters for all possibilities for all their brake calipers.

a caliper half , I think they even cost the same as an adapter ,Good luck ,BTW make sure you get the 74 mm one ,and of course the correct ,mount from hayes

An adaptor shouldn't be hard to find. I've needed a couple of weird ones, and haven't had a problem. Cambria lists a bunch on their brakes page.

The only adapter that I was able to find that would fit a 22mm caliper to a IS frame mount was from Intense. At $45, Intense is quite proud if this little piece of aluminum.
