Fixing rattly bottle cages (How to)

Neat. I'm too lazy to do make that tool so I:
- remove bottle cage before going to sleep at night
- put 2-3 dabs of clear silicone on the mating surface of cage
- let cure overnight
- reinstall and ride in the AM
