I trailer a boat with my rear hitch/receiver so I'm looking to install a new front hitch on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited '14... wondering if anyone has done this? Appreciate any info you can offer.
I did it on my F350. Biggest issue is bike tires /rack not hitting the ground. on some setups you may need a riser insert to lift the rack higher. make sure the bikes don't block your headlight or line of sight. Use a loacking woblestopper hitch pin to hold the rack securely into the hitch receiver etrailer had a good selection at good prices
Thanks Eric, I'm looking at the 1up: https://www.1upusa.com/product-quikrackblackdouble.html and I believe they can adjust up/down at the hinge... I've seen vans in CA with 6 bikes at front and 6 bikes on the rear doing shuttles to/from downhill runs... wish I had taken some photos of their equipment. Your setup looks pretty sweet.
