Right now on my Benotto Modelo 800 I have Ksyrium Elite wheelset with a Chorus cassette and Chorus front and rear derailleurs, I am wondering if I were to buy the FSA superlight crank would it all work together? I know that I would also need to buy an ISIS BB, but my bottom bracket threading is Italian, am I out of luck?

You are not out of luck. If you goto www.fullspeedahead.com and do some reseach, you will find out that the ISIS superlight works with 9 or 10 speeds and they do make a 70x108 bottom bracket for your Italian shell.
