I just picked up a bike. it has a single 32t up front with a chain guide and a 11-34 in back will it be hard to climb?

Depends how steep the hills are.

wanted to convert it back to 3 ring but the tube is 38.1 and i cant find a derailer that will fit. the smallest ring i can run on the crank seems to be a 32t. i tried to find a 4 bolt 104bcd 30t or 28t and could not find one
