It isn't a problem. Rocky worked with DW to create a "Virtaul Bottom Bracket" (VBB) design that allows for a very clever crank arm placement. The only flaw is how it displaces the ST, thus the longer-than-oridinary measurement in that aspect of the geo.

not if you are sitting on that 457" seat tube. you will need a seatpost with lots of tilt angle to find a comfortable riding position.
