I am looking for some handlebars that are have a crossbar that are made by a rider in NYC. I know this is vague, but i have seen them somewhere and want to order them, just can't remember what the company or rider is called. They are from what i can remember they are 3.5" rise and i think they are 25.4 clamp. Any help would be much appreciated.

except they are 22.2 bmx sized clamp, not 25.4

ha nice. i have them on my new capital frame with a RNS fork and they are perfect.
