Just recently started hitting the weights, a few weeks ago. I had heart surgery in January and I need to start building back my chest muscle and upper body. Just wanted to get some opinions on some strength training for my upper body. I've been doing the normal bench, curls, squats all that stuff. However I can only use light weights do to the weakness in my chest. I'm pretty small to begin with, only about 148 pounds. I've been gaining some strength slowly but wanted to get some suggestions. Riding has been going great, I've been getting out 3-4 times per week since May, weather pending. Having a very wet season.
