a stretch of today's ride was through a small monsoon, and as a result, I have water in my frame (I can hear it sloshing around). It sounds like it's in the downtube.

The bike is a 2010 Specialized Roubaix (the entry level fact 6 frame).

Ugly as it sounds, remove the fork, the seatpost and the bottom bracket. Pour the water out. Good riding with you!

That was the first thing I thought of. I removed the fork and seat post (don't have to tools to remove the BB), but the tubes are sealed off from each other. When I look down the head tube, there are no holes for the top tube or the down tube.

Ah, I got it. There is a screw below the bb that holds a cable guide in place. I removed the screw and the water drained out.
