hey guys how do you press in the bmx size bb into the bb shell?
(rubber hammer maybe?)

using the cranks. Look the the instructions. You proberly bolt the drive side crank onto the spindle and then asseble it all into the bb shell and pull it all together with the non drive side crank bolt.
