Actually, what I do is take a swig of vodka and a swig of juice, then I have MBC stand on a chair, hold me upside down by the ankles, and shake me like hell. Works just like a drink shaker!

That sounds vaguely like the "upside down margaritas" we used to have in college or the inverted tap hits we took off kegs in high school.

May I suggest an improvement incorporating both techniques?
