SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 25, 2019 the Vermont State Police began investigating an allegation that Max Misch had purchased large capacity ammunition feeding devices in violation of Title 13 v.s.a. 4021.
On February 6, 2019 a search warrant was executed at Max Misch’s residence. Evidence supporting the above allegation was seized.
This investigation led to the arrest of Max Misch and he was cited to appear at District Court in Bennington to answer the above charge. This case will be prosecuted by the Vermont Attorney General’s Office.
More information will be available with the affidavit of probable cause after the arraignment of Max Misch
