I noticed that my garage is cold...

Snow is not melting from my tires, and theres ice & salt residue from riding on the snowy street.

Is this gonna be really bad & crack or rust my frame? Should I take the bike to a warmer spot for meltdown & rest?

Your frame will be fine, but you will probably have to replace cable housings by winter's end.

that's why we drink it here
Storing tires in super-cold conditions supposedly makes them dry-rot quicker. I have no science to back this up.

Salt will make frames rust, but mostly just on the surface. I'd be more concerned with your fasteners/drivetrain/cables.

as long as its not a steel frame, frame should be okay, but as stated cables and housing and if your chain isnt well lubed...
