I wasn't going to post anything yet as it is only for Canaon right now and version 1.0 has some pretty decent glitches. 1.1 is on the Apple app selection cue and will be for both Canon and Nikon cameras.

Erik Seo did a decent review on it here: http://erikseo.com/blog/2009/reviews/trigger-your-canon-dslr-with-your-iphone/

as well as here: http://www.ppmag.com/web-exclusives/2009/06/pro-review-onone-dslr-camera-r.html#more

You do need to have your camera tethered to your computer and connected to the internet which you can do internet tethering with the Iphone.

As of right now you also can't autofocus.

It looks very promising though and I am pretty sure that I will be picking up the new version when it comes out as I am a Nikon user.

I also hacked my Iphone for internet tethering over the AT&T network and I have yet to incur any fees.

Care to share how you did that mate? That would be very handy where I am for the next 7 weeks... I have my MacBook pro with no wifi or my iPhone with wifi...
