i just got an 04 sgs dh pro. and the thing was "creaking" when i got it. On my first ride it just got worse. Sounds like the noise is coming from somewhere around the rear shock mounts. I just wanna know if this is normal and what should i do to get rid of the noise, thanx

the creaking is most likely coming from the shock mounting bolts being done up too tightly, to stop it creeking loosen the bolts a tiny bit and push down on the seat. if it stops creaking stop loostening the bolts, but if it doesnt stop keep doing this until it does. dont loosten them too much cause it sucks to go out on a ride and have them come loose!
