I have been getting a 400 Bad Request message for the past like 4-5 hours. Maybe I'm stupid and it's something on my end?

Doesnt work if i click my book mark in Chome. doesnt work if i google vital mtb and click the link. doesnt work if i type it in the address bar. i keep getting the 400 error
