Call them and make them let you talk to a supervisor. Tell them how extremely angry you are (but try not to curse). Tell them the only reason you have extended cable is to watch the Tour. Write OLN. Threaten to get satellite.
The first few days of the Tour, Time Warner screwed up by running infomercials on top of the OLN feed. I wound up talking to the Programming and Customer Service Managers. They have been perfect for the last two days. (Fingers crossed)
