Hi, my name is DirtMcGirk, and I am a fat ****....
Somehow moving to AZ I went from 230 to 280 in 1.5 years. I think the whole "fat and happy" thing of being in a good, healthy, quasi-normal relationship got the better of me. Well that and blowing out my knee snowboarding. But I digress.
Really been trying to crank out rides to get ready to go on my semi-homoerotic road trip to Moab with my buddies at the end of March. Getting back up to ten mile rides, getting them done in an hour and change, not stopping as often, all of that, and I am back down to about 255# right now.
But let me tell you cousin, being this fat sucks. Not even sure how I did it. No, that's a lie. A keggerator, working 20 hour days and hiding from the sun while eating around 3000 calories a day. Yup, that did it.
Take some advice from your old "what not to do" mentor Dirt, don't get fat. It sucks getting it off. Parts of my body hurt that never did before, like my hips and shoulders. On the upside, I feel better today then I have in almost two years. Now if I can just get down to 200#, I'll be living the dream.
This has been a PSA from your local fat ****.
