I rode with a friend tonight who has a 2003 Big Hit with the JR-T.
It has a air valve on the top of the left leg (under the cap). It is super soft and he needs to adjust it. I looked on the Web site and it doesn't say the JR-t should have an air adjuster, just external pre-load and internal rebound.

Anyone have one of these and can give me some insite on it???

All that I can say is that all of the 2003 Jr.'s have air adjustments in them, that is why I want one of them. Also, I think the air goes into both legs, but I could be wrong, I only have a DJ3.

The air assist cap is an after market upgrade... It doesnt come standard on the 2003. At least it didnt on mine. Universal Cycles has the caps for like $20 on their website.

its not on all jr Ts and its kind of after market its an OEM thing becuse thats the stock fork spechilized ordered the Jrts that way strait from marzocchi. and if you but 2-5 psi in with a shock pump, depending on rider weight the frok will stiffen up nicely.

It's an aftermarket thing, My Jr. T doesn't have one........ although I think I'll go buy one today. My fork feels way too soft.
