can you adjust the spacing between the two brake pads in a juicy 5? they are always barely rubbing against my rotor and constantly making a squealing noise which is quite obnoxious haha

p.s what sort of lubricant is good for front and rear hubs?

i feel like my bike has alot of drag just pedaling it on flatground.( i just woke it up from hibernation)
