I've always had a QR setup, I'm wondering if it's standard practice to put a little blue loctite on the axle pinch bolts. It's an older Boxxer if it makes a difference...
The bolts will come standard with a bit of blue on them. You can reapply it occasionally if you want, but as long as you're checking your wheels bolts pretty frequently (please do that, don't die) then it won't matter.
