Cheap bike but I ride it hard and love it.
I have recently experimented with cockpit and suspension changes and the thought crossed my mind of installing a shorter length eye-to-eye shock in my bike. The extremely thin FSA orbit E headset and 40 mm stem have brought my front end down nice and low. I think a more downhill oriented head angle would benefit my riding style along with a more active rear suspension.
Any ideas? Shock is 9.5 x 3. do any of suspension tuning companys offer a modification of this sort?
Bike is currently running a PUSHed Van R with 300 lb steel spring. Will be re-installing my 350 lb titanium spring soon. The 300 was an experiment that Im glad I performed however it was a hair too spongy.
