Parking is a non-issue. You can park at the ranger station at the bottom, or there are plenty of FS clearings and pull outs on the top.Snacks said:Borneo, is there a good site or some place in MeKenzie Bridge were I can get the full 411 on doing the shuttle? Like parking and crap?
Thanks.
I haven't been on a ride with you since Green Mountain, I think more than a year ago, probably longer than that. Who else is going?PsychO!1 said:Thanks for the info Snacks....We'll be there. Looking forward to riding PC for the first time too!
Yup, I think they should come over here. As for the rumors that they are slow........I better just be quiet there maybe climbing involved :Borneo said:Evilbob, both Heidi and GG owe us a trip to our neck of the woods now(We've gone to theirs...). So, maybe we can peer pressure them to come out our way???
(BTW: I heard that they are both really slow and just talk a good game.) hehehehe
WOW! I really can't wait now. I'll prolly take us like 8 hours to get though the trail stopping for sightsBeerDemon said:Enjoy

Slightly - and then flat in some spots with tiny climbs.Snacks said:So is the trail really at a down hill grade?
Plan to pack in the kayak for a little park and huck session?BeerDemon said:Enjoy
Why do i get nervous when she says 'tiny climbs'?Heidi said:Slightly - and then flat in some spots with tiny climbs.
LOL - no, I mean it - except for nearing that one place.... Seriously though, I hate to use the term DH for this trail because it's a day adventure even with a shuttle. It honestly will take probably 5 hours with a group. Seems wrong for 25 miles, huh? I think the elevation loss is only 1800' for all those miles. IT IS SO FUN THOUGH!PsychO!1 said:Why do i get nervous when she says 'tiny climbs'?
But that is the last climb right...... until we get near that other place, right...... we totally trust you on this.......:evil:Heidi said:LOL - no, I mean it - except for nearing that one place....
