CONSTABLE REPORT Paul said that he has not had any issues during the month.

ZONING ADMINISTRATOR REPORT: Sam told Glenn Holderby that there would be no need for him to come to the meeting as our Town Attorney is out of Town and what they need to discuss concerning the Ruggles property and the Strout property will be taken up after her return.
Sam did say that we need to send David Ruggles a certified letter of concern that the Jackson property is now a danger to the public. The porch on the property is pulling away from the house and is in danger of falling into the street.
Sam also mentioned that the owners of the Algonquin Hall need to get a letter from the Zoning Administrator that they need to get a permit for rental and events at the property. They continue to park and tent on the Town property which is not allowed.
