I've posted my new ride before but now it has new suspension front and rear. Just put on a romic (thanks Smitty), slider plus, maxxis tires, and I've got new bars coming to replace the carbon ones. Got a bit paranoid.

Now I'm just waiting on a new brake adaptor for the slider plus. Apparently Manitou felt it necessary to change size from the dorado adaptor I have on hand so now I'm waiting while the sun is shining . . . and in Juneau no less

Edit: Here's a link to the before pic: http://www.ridemonkey.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=59627

The romic has the same stoke, 2.25", and just a little longer i to i length (8.0" vs 7.875") so I don't think there's any change in travel. It's set at 170mm or about 6.7". I haven't had a chance to ride it yet though, darn it :mumble:

Thanks, it is fairly light for such a beefy frame. It's at a bit over 40 give or take with the hanging scale we we're using. I'm riding it w/o a front brake now but at least I'm riding :thumb:
