Depending on where you live, would be easier to explain to the cops why you had it on you as well.
Tell him to come out and help repair the ****e he leaves behind and ask him to build his own spot away from your hard work.....then if that doesn't work get your boys and tell him again.
No sense in you having to spend a bunch of money and time in chaining your spot up and what not. He seems like an old school guy, so go oldschool on him with some buddies and show him he's not welcome unless he cleans up after himself and quits messing it up. Just make sure everyone has a rake or shovel in their hand!

This is what really cracks me up about skaters crying about bikes in skateparks.... I've had them tell me to leave simply because "it's the rules".
Last time, there wasn't even anyone else in the park, I had waited for the skaters to wander off.... one of them came back and told me I couldn't ride there.

FYI sounds like your trails are built in a bad spot. If theyre that easily accessible to strangers let alone motos, find a new spot. You might possibly be a noob, if you dont know this already. You will up your digging skill ten-fold by putting in the effort of starting a new spot. The best spots are the ones that dont exist to the passerby.
You wont find trails like this on the side of a walking path.

look in a nearby wood, or behind estates, council estates are the best for spots, because the estatee's prefer to punch/kick/stab/shoot each other within the estate
