Silly question: Does the BB style LRP require a special style (E-type) BB to work? I'm wanting to put a LRP on a 952 XTR set-up...

Couldn't get the MRP website to load for some strange reason...

simply YES. the thickness of the boomarange is the same as an e-type der. if you can't find an e-type bb and you have a 68 mm bb shell just get the 73 mm bb and it will wotk fine.

As long as the BB has a flange you are okay, if you can find a BB in a E-type thats even better cause it won't move your chainline one bit. You can however make it work easily with the XTR BB since its a 68/73 shell.
