Well for a while, I have been trying to get my girlfriend into mountain biking. She has been riding fixed gear bikes around the city for a year now, but has never tried mountain biking. Well for her birthday I picked her up this Gary Fisher Aquila and Rock Shox Judy TT for $20 at Richmond Re-Cycles(they sell only used stuff--nonprofit volunteer based LBS). I am really excited about this build! It's a surprise right now--she is out of town--but it will be hard to keep it from her in my apartment and the fact that I can't keep a secret like a bike build from her 
. Here are some pictures of the frame and fork. My batteries died and can't seem to find more--I dug around my room and added a seat post and women specialized seat, as well as a front wheel.
This bike is super clean and I gave it the string test to see if it was true and straight and it was. I love those guys at Richmond Re-Cycles
