Almost any Vancouver bike shop should hook you up.

You can buy maps at any bike store in North Van, go to either
John Henry, On Top, or Cove bikes..

There's also online maps here

That's pretty much all you need to know. If you're in Vancouver head towards the nearest mountains that you can see. Then you'll find the trails. In fact if you drive up either of the two mountains that you can you'll see loads of bikers and could probably tag along for a tour.

Mackster - Gutsploder.com is a great resource (I just got back from a week in Whistler/Shore) - before leaving print out the maps for Seymore and Fromme from Gutsploder, laminate them front to back, get a AAA map of Vancouver and you are good to go!

Also, if you need shuttle help on the weekend - talk to Huckwagon (you can contact him through Deep Cove bike shop) - he charges only $6 (Canadian) per shuttle on Seymore - which is awesome!
