Well that's probably because all of the parts they sell are from no-name knock-off brands. Maybe that stuff is known somewhere else in the world but I've never heard of any of it.
It's a cool idea. Selling direct to customers and cutting out the distributors and mail orders = low retail pricing. I believe all these brands may be under the Eastern umbrella. Ezra being the higher quality components and amber the lower grade stuff. I'm looking forward to the signature Karl poynter freecoasters from Ezra. The fc is supposed to have a different system than other khe clones and around $120 ish. Can't beat that.
