As much as I dig the idea, i get the feeling he hasn't looking into UCI video rights. That, or they just don't specify that it won't be shown here!

They can't broadcast more than 3 minutes from an event into North America without being suued. Hopefully they get that sorted out, as it seems like a great idea.
