I love my current roubaix. The taller headtube works for me and its crazy comfortable.

Mostly stripping the 7800 stuff off my old bike. I don't like the 7900 stuff and my stuff is still in great shape.

New stuff will be
7900 cassette
7900 front derailleur
7900 chain
Stinger 6s

Also getting a New handlebar (3T or FSA). They have that awesome radius bend. Finding the handlebar is proving to be the holdup.

Nice. I tried to like those shoes but having truly flat feet, the arch molded outsole killed me.

I tried the Ergosum for a bit and liked it enough, but longed for a classic bend and went back to a Rotuno. I really like 3T stuff. I'll be eager to see pics. I like the finish on the frame.

I'm actually considering doing something similar, 7800 STI and brakes, with 7900 derailleurs, I'm not a huge fan of the 7900 STIs. Well, that, or ideally stick some Di2 on there, but I can't afford that.
Sounds like it'll be a sick build, can't wait to see it.

One note on the FSA & 3T bars: the hoods are narrower than the drops, they flare. I can't use FSA bars because I usually run a 44cm bar, and on their stuff the hoods are only 42cm apart. The 3Ts are a bit narrower too, but not 2cm. It kind of throws me off...
You might also like the Easton EC90SLX bar, very similar bend, light, stiff, everything you want from a bar...

check out the Oval Concepts R701 Shallow as well. I have the same issue with the FSA bars being too narrow at the hoods. I like the Oval bend better and it's actually 44cm wide.
