Are you bleeding the virgins yourself? A lot of unscrupulous virgin blood farmers are just crushing up rats and calling it '100 captive virgins slain by shards of pure crystal blood'.Iced green tea.
Soymilk.
Massive amounts of coffee.
Unfiltered apple juice diluted 50% with sparkling water. (excellent soda replacement)
The blood of 100 captive virgins slain by shards of pure crystal then drained into a giant platinum chalice encrusted with the teeth of kings that I have watched DIE like dogs at my iron feet!! (add a dash of honey to taste..)
I'm always in the room, although sometimes I get a minion to do it.Are you bleeding the virgins yourself? A lot of unscrupulous virgin blood farmers are just crushing up rats and calling it '100 captive virgins slain by shards of pure crystal blood'.
I use to drink soy but switched to almond milk (Blue Diamond - easier to find and cheaper) and Oatmilk (Pacificfoods for a change) both in original flavor since more and more research is showing soy is not so good for you. I don't actually drink though, I only use it for cereal.Soymilk.
diet lemonade. diet soda w/splenda. an occasional glass of oj or other juice in the morning. Those of you who have given up soda, what do you drink instead?
Water is getting old.
Yes, I'm afraid I've brcome one of those label reading people in the supermarket.I also try to avoid high fructose corn syrup. It's scary how that ingredients is in just about everything.

Chai tea.I went to the dentist yesterday, another cavity > I need to drink less soda!
I dont like coffee or diet anything. And pretty much the only tea I drink is green tea.
I drink 1-2 cans soda at work mostly being its cheap and has caffine. Any recomendations for something else that has plenty of caffine?
Green tea has about 75% of the caffeine content of a Coke or a Pepsi (if you're a girlie man and like Pepsi, that is ), so that's not a bad choice actually. Buy a big mug and chuck two bags in there. Coffee, of course, has a ton in it and you can try diluting it with flavoring stuff if you just don't like straight coffee - one 8oz cup has like 250% the caffeine of one can of soda, so you don't actually have to drink much.I dont like coffee or diet anything. I just thought it was too much sugar. If I make my own tea or coffee I can add as little or as much as I like. Also was wondering why yall quit drinking cokes, and isnt it kinda counter productive to replace them with coffee?
Also, you have to take caffeine quantities into account. A cup of coffee contains 2-3x the amount of caffeine as a Coke. So, if you're drinking it to get a caffeine boost, you would need to drink 36 ounces (3 cans) of Coke to get the same caffeine kick as a cup of coffee.A little quick research shows that your typical 12 oz soda has around 150 calories, that's roughly 10 teaspoons of sugar. I'd guess most of us don't put 10 teaspoons of sugar in our coffee or tea.
I buy the flavored water (orange, grape, raspberry, strawberry, etc.) by the case at BJ's Wholesale. It's sweetened with Splenda, and taste's pretty good. Each one has ~10 calories. They carry multiple brands. Those of you who have given up soda, what do you drink instead?

There is Coke Zero.I've always wondered, as sugar and artificial sweeteners are relatively expensive (relative to water), why some of the soda makers don't figure out a way to make a tasty reduced calorie soda simply by cutting the amount of sugar they put in the soda in the first place? They would win from a monetarily perspective and consumers would win from a caloric / health perspective.
